Customer Relations Manager
You will
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy to enhance player engagement and achieve key business goals
  • Analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, creating detailed reports and dashboards to measure success, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions for improving user engagement
  • Manage and optimize various communication channels (push notifications, emails, in-app messages) to deliver impactful CRM campaigns and personalized user journeys
  • Ensure all CRM campaigns and strategies comply with applicable privacy regulations, such as COPPA, to safeguard players
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of messaging strategies, optimizing future campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with game designers, marketing, and product teams to create targeted, engaging campaigns that resonate with our young audience and their parents
  • Utilize behavioral data to segment players effectively and create tailored experiences that increase engagement and retention
You should
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and work with diverse teams
  • Be creative and proactive mindset, eager to develop new ideas and innovative approaches to engage our players
  • Have experience in running A/B tests and using data-driven insights to optimize communication strategies for improved player engagement and retention
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Be high-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Advantage: Have familiarity with the mobile gaming market for kids, including trends, audience behaviors, and best practices for engaging young players and their parents

  • Your monthly salary will be between 2500 - 3500 EUR (gross), depending on your level of experience
