Youtube Channel Manager (Part time)
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase subscribers, views, watch time, and engagement on the company
- Conduct in-depth analysis of channel performance metrics, audience demographics, and viewer behavior to identify growth opportunities and content trends.
- Collaborate with in-house animation production team to optimize existing content and develop new content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Implement best practices for YouTube SEO, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and thumbnail testing, to improve discoverability and ranking in search results.
- Utilize data-driven insights to A/B test content formats, titles, thumbnails, and publishing schedules to optimize performance and maximize audience retention.
- Stay informed about YouTube
- Curate content that appeals to children while adhering to relevant safety and content guidelines.
- Monitor competitor channels and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, collaborators, and partners to expand the channel
- Have proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels, with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results.
- Have a deep understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and audience development strategies.
- Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and social media monitoring platforms.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and insights effectively.
- Be a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have knowledge of video editing software and production processes is a plus.
- Bonus points: Experience with other digital marketing channels, including social media (Youtube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram).
