Business Analyst (Data Team)
You will
- Work with UA and game development teams to understand their data and reporting needs
- Take ownership of UA-related tasks — from one-off analyses to troubleshooting tracking issues (MMP and Firebase)
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards that provide clear business insights
- Perform data validation, identify anomalies, and ensure data quality across pipelines
- Support SQL/BigQuery tasks, develop queries, and contribute to efficient data workflows
- Provide stakeholders with insights, recommendations, and improvements based on data
- Help ensure that our data supports all main company products effectively
You should
- Have experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/data-focused role
- Feel comfortable working with SQL and BigQuery (You will use them regularly)
- Have experience or a strong willingness to work with UA/marketing metrics
- Understand how to structure, present, and explain analysis to different audiences
- Be able to troubleshoot when data “doesn’t look right” and investigate root causes
- Have experience with BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Superset, or similar)
- Be comfortable working with multiple data sources, including 3rd-party APIs
- Communicate analytical concepts clearly, including to non-technical partners
- Be proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative in improving processes

- Your monthly salary will be between 2500 - 3200 EUR (gross), depending on your level of experience
