Video Editor & UGC Coordinator
You will
- Produce awesome video creatives for game promotion on app stores and ad networks
- Optimize and iterate video ads based on data from previous ad campaigns
- Create video content for our social media, website, etc.
- Research and monitor trends on various social media platforms
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and community engagement
- Oversee the entire UGC content process — from briefing and coordinating with creators to editing and producing the final polished video with animations, captions, and effects
- Evaluate the performance of video creatives and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for upcoming videos
- Participate in the overall creative process and collaborate with our Graphic Design, UA and Marketing Teams
You should
- Have solid experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere or similar software
- Have a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (changing colors, resizing, working with layers, etc.)
- Have a general knowledge of design principles (composition, color theory, etc.)
- Be creative, attentive to detail and have a strong aesthetic awareness
- Be able to work in a team, as well as independently
- Have good English language skills
- Advantage: Experience with Spine
- Advantage: Experience in curating and coordinating UGC
- Advantage: Experience in performance marketing

- Your monthly salary will be between 2000 - 2700 EUR (gross), depending on your level of experience
